Terms & Conditions

There will be no cancellation charge, and a refund will be issued if a booking is cancelled before 10:00 hotel local time, 5 days before your date of arrival. If the booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show, the first-night stay will be charged to your debit or credit card.

If you book through a third party and you wish to cancel, you must do this through the agent that you originally booked. We regret that we cannot refund any third-party bookings unless this has been done and confirmation has been sent by the agent.

Full payment for your stay must be paid at least 48 hours before arrival.

Check-out is 11.00 am daily. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a surcharge.

We do not accept American Express for online or telephone bookings.

If card payment is declined, we will contact you for alternative details. If new details aren’t provided within 48 hours the reservation will be cancelled.

The card used to book may be charged should any damages be discovered upon departure.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the apartments.

Dogs are welcome in the apartments, please let us know if you are bringing your dog along.
